The "old for new" policy applies to all consumers who purchase our products. If you want to replace your old equipment, you can enjoy exclusive discounts through this policy.
Trade-in is only applicable to consumers of Bluetooth headsets sold in our store. If you purchase the same product in other stores, we cannot provide you with this service.
When replacing a new product, you need to provide the order information of the old device
If there is no quality problem with the product, it is just too old and you don’t like it, or it is obviously damaged or has physical defects that cannot be turned on (such as serious cracks, falls, etc.), we can recycle it.
Trade-in policy cannot be used in conjunction with other offers.
The "old for new" policy will be adjusted according to market demand and company development. The specific validity period and terms are subject to the information released by the company's official website or sales channels.
We don’t have any time requirements. No matter you have used it for three years, five years or longer, we will replace it for you.

Return for exchange
